COACHING

Fitness & Nutrition

  1. A training program that we will see together in online sessions or in my private practice in lugano.

  2. coaching in which, starting from your final goal, we identify the key skills to overcome the obstacles that have limited you to date. We will decide together on which functional habit to work for at least 4 weeks.

  3. adapt to weight training by learning the main techniques and learning to manage it
    effort.

  4. automate the key principles of a healthy, varied, complete and functional diet
    objective, in accordance with the most recent Guidelines for a Healthy Diet.

  5. At the end we will decide whether to continue with the same formula or if you can proceed more independently with
    basic coaching.

Why for 4 weeks?

Because it takes time and practice to learn things and make them "automatic". It's not enough to try once or twice and then let it go. Although we know we can decide and control our actions, few people have useful and functional HABITS.
